We support young people aged 11–18 who are at risk of offending or reoffending by combining consistent mentoring with the positive power of sport. Our programme provides structure, accountability, and a safe space to build trust, confidence, and healthier coping strategies.
Many of the young people we work with face complex challenges, including poor mental health, trauma, anger, exploitation, and substance misuse. Through one-to-one sessions that blend physical activity with guided mentoring, we help them understand their emotions, manage conflict more constructively, and take responsibility for their choices. Sport creates the connection; mentoring creates the change.
Alongside our youth work, we also support individuals involved in Integrated Offender Management (IOM) who are involved in more persistent or serious offending. Within IOM partnerships, we work around mental health, addiction, behaviour change, and building positive routines.
We work closely with Youth Offending Teams, IOM teams, schools, police, social care, and families to ensure joined-up support. Our long-term aim is simple: to help every person we work with move towards stability, purpose, and a positive future — whether that’s education, employment, training, or community involvement.
We are proud to partner with LMAC Group Limited to deliver a clear progression pathway for the individuals we support. Through this sponsorship, those who demonstrate commitment, positive behaviour, consistent engagement, personal growth, and dedication are rewarded with the opportunity to access a six-month membership programme.
This provides a supported step forward — allowing individuals to continue their journey independently, build routine, and demonstrate sustained commitment to positive change.
LMAC is also a valued sponsor in delivering our StrongHer & Thriving programme. To find out more click here.
