Leap Pathways strengthens communities through family-focused programmes that bring children, young people, and parents together to promote wellbeing, confidence, and social connection. In collaboration with schools, community organisations, and local partners, we create inclusive environments where individuals and families can develop the skills and resilience needed to thrive.
Our three core programmes provide targeted support at key stages of development:
Leapsprogs establishes a community of parents and children learning and growing together through active, play-based sessions. The programme enhances school readiness, strengthens family relationships, and reduces isolation by building networks of mutual support.
StrongHer and Thriving empowers young girls experiencing anxiety or low self-esteem, fostering resilience, self-belief, and positive peer relationships to improve emotional wellbeing and aspiration.
Turning Point supports young people at risk or involved in offending through mentoring and sport, encouraging responsibility, pro-social behaviour, and positive life choices.
Collectively, these programmes address barriers to inclusion, improve wellbeing outcomes, and build stronger, more connected communities. Leap Pathways is committed to making sure every child, young person, and family has the chance to reach their potential and stay on a positive pathway, surrounded by a community that supports and connects them.
