Leap Pathways CIC delivers early, preventative, relationship-based support to children, young people and families in areas of high deprivation. Through school-based mental health programmes, family engagement sessions, and targeted work with young people involved in the criminal justice system, we reduce risk, build resilience and prevent escalation into crisis.
